Always find what I want here
Been knowing this vendor for years before moving from Ohio to Georgia and came here on a visit. Putting things on the counter, asking her to let us decide what we wanted before ringing,.. Like 4 times. My daughter who was outside, came in and handed her my husband's bankcard. She rang and charged everything and when I asked her why did she do that, when I asked her for time to select what we wanted,.. That we didn't want all this,.. We were comparing, which she'd seen us doing,.. She just said sorry and that she could only give us credit for the store and couldn't refund our money.. I was livid.. We were leaving out for Georgia at 5a.m in the morning and wouldn't be able to return so soon. Very disappointed

Always staring at people like you trying to steal Im not a their so that's just disrespectful. At least come act like you trying to help me but I usually go to Elyria but didn't have enough time but I'll definitely make time my next trip to the hair store
I've known Tina over 20 plus years now she is a very good person who goes out of her way to serve the loyal customers and even will order products for you if she doesn't have them ...She is great entrepreneur or I'm quite sure she would be took her business elsewhere after 20 plus years!! Great store products and prices!! You're here to shop critics not make friends ..
