Customer service is wonderful. This team works hard and well together as we sat and watched as we waited on our large order. Very impressed. The guy with the pony tail did a great job!
I made a mobile order for a grande latte one morning, and someone accidentally took my drink and rushed out, ignoring me trying to tell him he got my drink bc he got the same thing but a ventti. I let them know he took my drink & they said he got the same thing but in venti. I told them I would happily drink his latte so they wouldn't have to make me a new one, and they not only let me keep the venti latte, but gave me a gift card for a free drink for the "mistake". I got both a larger drink than I wanted and a free drink for the "mistake". Talk about a good day
Very rude employees. Had one snatch drink from my hand when I had only asked a question about it. Then got an attitude (nasty facial expression, smart-ass tone, head bobbing)from her when I pointed out I was only inquiring about the item as she proceeded to dump the drink in the sink. She acted pissed off she even had to be there. With employees like that I don't care to, and plan on advising my friends do the same, ever give my money to them. At least this location. Having server/customer service in my work history I KNOW she was ridiculous and out of line. Some type of supervisor should have stepped up when their employee continued being rude and unprofessional even though the customer had walked back to seat. Horrible experience. Horrible.
These guys are awesome !
Baristas are friendly, whether it be the new hires or veteran workers. They make sure to get your Rewards if you missed them. I've never had a drink mistake, though they are happy to remake it when I forget something I want. The atmosphere is loud due to the machines and tile, but I don't mind it. It's welcoming and a beautiful place to hang out. I read here, and do my schoolwork too.
I get an ice coffee just about every morning and the workers here are awsome very friendly and fast specially the morning crew during the week is great!!
