I have been going to the location in Lorain since December of 2016. I called yesterday to make an appointment with my usual stylist and was informed that she had left the company. The manager (Alexis) got on the phone and told me that she would be able to help me, that my color profiles were in the computer. So I made an appointment with her for 6:30pm this evening. I informed her that I got off work at 6:30 but that I worked nearby and might only be a couple minutes late. She said this was fine.
Alexis is my girl for cuts,color,and styling. I recommend this salon to any and everyone.
It takes a great stylist to cut an awesome pixie cut and i have found her in alexis. I will always recommend fantastic sams in lorain to everyone.❤
I arrived to the salon at 6:38 pm. When I told the receptionist what I was there for she was not able to find me in the computer. On their schedule book we both seen where my name had been written in pencil but erased. I was informed that the manager had left at 5 pm. I didn't receive a phone call or nothing to cancel/reschedule the appointment. I will now be looking for another salon. This is bad business/ management at its finest.

Great clean facility.. best hair cut I had in a long time. My hair stylist “Keishla” was great! Took her time and made sure I was completely satisfied. Definitely going back.
