The food is consistent. This is my fiance's favorite place to visit when we come to his home town!
Went there today around 8:30, had a decent experience until I got home, counted my change, realized that not only was I shorted $10, I conveniently wasn't given a receipt. I will no longer be going to this location, instead I'll go to stores with cashiers that can count. I am one myself, it isn't that difficult.
You got to love mr. Hero! It's Unique to Northeast Ohio. I love the rolling Burger and the cheeseburger and the steak sandwich

The food is great, the store is always very clean ,the staff is always very friendly and accommodating to the customer and every time I come in I see the staff cleaning everything
