I have slot on my screen door for my mail. The mailman often just puts my mail halfway in with half sticking out. Twice I have checked for my mail only to find it laying on the ground. Obviously it's falling out do to his careless delivery. I can only wonder how much of my mail has blown away.
They lost about 30 grad invites. My letter goes to my neighbors mailbox and vice versa. My letters/packages come open sometimes, as if they did it on purpose to see what's in it. Smh
But the rest of the individuals that had taking care of me are always friendly and easy going. I guess this are the ones that just takes it one day at the time and doesn't let the stress get on their nerves.
This is the best one for speedy, courteous service in the area! If your mail route person is making too many errors, are you ever home and can you ask them about it? All of the trucks have satellite hook up on them, so if you do file a complaint, the PO has the technology to see where exactly the Post Person left a package. Talk to the counter or call and simply ask for the Post Master of that Office. Then tell them the issue. I ship EVERY DAY. So my route person and that counter, they all know me. Do things get lost at times in the mail on me? Sure. But I know enough about the system to know that error may not have happened at that PO. The counter people here are always friendly and efficient with me. BUT, if you have a complaint, you can even call that location by phone and talk to the management. If you feel that is ignored, you can call above the local office as well. My experience with this location has been very good
This is one of the best around. The woman with long blonde hair is super fast and friendly. The older gentleman is a grouch, though.
My experience with the post office on Colorado ave in lorain is not a good one depends who is on the counter.there is this particular person that seems not friendly and when I go there this person seems under a lot of stress and could get rude, seems most of the time upset.makes me very uncomfortable.
