Top notch staff. Took great care of our furbaby.

My dog got a hold of a piece of mouse poison. I had just moved into town got there number and they stayed on the phone with me the whole time. Talked to me the whole way there and took great car of my dog also this happend at midnight and they are 24hour. My dog was treated great and brought her back home healthy!

I wish I could give them a 0. The staff was nice but the vet told us to go home with a puppy inside our lab that she couldn't deliver and that she should be fine. The Dr said it is normal for puppies bred through Artificial Insemination to be days apart and that our puppy was still fine and might be delivered today. He offered to do the C Section to save the pup but didn't make it seem necessary and that it and the mom should be fine. We called Northview Vet this morning and they said to bring her in, that the statements made by the vet here was incorrect, on the way momma delivered a still born puppy in the car. I will tell everyone save your time(7 hrs there last night) and money and go to the real professionals at Northview. Our vet last night was the owner of the facility so I'm sure this complaint I will be making won't get very far.

If I could give 10 stars I would. We brought my 10 month old Pitbull in for a swollen abdomen after a surgery. We had our puppy at the vet the day prior. As soon as we walked in and they seen our puppy they knew she was critical. The got a gurney and took her back. Yes we waited what seemed forever. Once we spoke with the Vet and we knew we may be looking at surgery to repair the internal incision that came loose, internal bleeding, pneumonia. My Nala was critical. They treated her like she was their baby. Tears and all. Her surgery was going to be expensive and she would have needed her stomach drained of toxins for about a week. What they were doing in the back while I waited was calling rescues and other places to try to find us help for the surgery because it was so extensive. They didn't have to do that. They went above and beyond to help my puppy. Just because you don't know what they are doing behind closed doors, don't assume it is nothing. Please remember your dog is not the only dog that is there and you don't know if a surgery is going on behind those closed doors. Please be patient in knowing they are doing the best they can to take the best care of your pet that they can. My Baby didn't make it that night. But when we picked her up to take her home to bury her, she was wrapped in baby blankets. I can't say enough for these wonderful people.

They were slow but thorough and worked with my situation while saving my furbaby..I highly recommend this place. It wasnt busy and they took the time to figure out the best for my cat without price gouging me..
